Jeremy M. Barr
Jeremy M. Barr is a 2005 graduate of Macalester College and a 2009 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. He joined Dowd, Bloch, Bennett, Cervone, Auerbach & Yokich as a law clerk in 2009, became an associate in 2010, and became a partner in 2017.
Jeremy has a broad range of experience representing employee benefit funds. His practice focuses on defined benefit pension plans and litigation concerning withdrawal liability, delinquent contributions, and claims for benefits.
Jeremy is admitted to practice before the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Illinois.
