David P. Lichtman

David P. Lichtman represents union clients on a variety of labor and employment matters. He has experience representing clients in arbitrations, before state and federal agencies, including the Illinois Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board and the Illinois State Labor Relations Board, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, as well as in State and Federal courts. David has also worked with ERISA fund clients on delinquent contribution litigation. In addition, David has assisted clients on FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and LMRDA compliance issues.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois (2006), the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. David is a 2006 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, with a certificate in Labor and Employment Law. He became a partner in the firm on January 1, 2016.
