Employee Benefit Funds
We are counsel or co-counsel to many jointly-trusteed fringe benefit trust funds, and its attorneys have substantial experience in all aspects of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, which governs such funds.
We represent executive, professional, and managerial employees in negotiating and enforcing employment and severance agreements, analyzing their rights and obligations under such agreements, and assisting them in other employment matters such as option agreements, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, trade secret issues, and compensation disputes. We also represent individual employees at all levels seeking to enforce their rights to pension, disability, or other employee benefits and seeking to challenge discrimination, improper pay practices, and wrongful termination.
